The pet owner books an appointment through PetCare Pro’s online portal or the clinic reception books a walk-in. The appointment is linked to the pet’s profile. A WhatsApp confirmation is sent instantly.
For telemedicine, the vet opens the video call inside PetCare Pro. For in-clinic, the vet opens the pet’s profile. SOAP notes are recorded during the session. The prescription is generated from the SOAP assessment before the consultation ends.
