It Works
Your production planner creates a batch order in BatchFlow Pro — product, batch size, and planned start date. The system automatically scales the approved formula to the batch size and generates the material requirement list. Only the latest approved formula version is used.
The storekeeper scans or selects materials for the batch. BatchFlow Pro enforces FEFO — the lot with the earliest valid expiry date is selected first. Near-expiry lots are consumed before fresh stock. No manual lot selection.
